Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo warmly congratulates the Archbishop Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger and Bishop of Awka Diocese, Anglican Communion, His Grace, Most Rev. Alexander Chibuzor Ibezim, on the occasion of his birthday today.
