Actress and media personality Toke Makinwa, has cried out about the hardship in the country, adding that she was tired of being an independent woman. The delectable social media influencer, who recently launched her premium luxury fragrance line used her social media page to pour out her frustration concerning being a single and independent lady and the harsh economic reality being faced by many Nigerians.
Makinwa, who just returned from a foreign trip, said she came home to meet fuel scarcity and electricity tariff hike.

You will recall that Toke Makinwa got married to fitness entrepreneur, Maje Ayida in 2014, but the marriage was dissolved in 2017. Speaking during one of her podcasts, Toke Moments, with guest Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, Makinwa stated that she would have become ‘one of the women’ who stayed in marriage for their children if she had any.
